How to Avoid Sacks with the QB

There are many different ways to avoid sacks, or avoid having your QB fumble the ball in Madden NFL, here are a few of them. Just be careful with some of these animations, such as the diving animations, if you get hit while you're diving, you will fumble the ball!

HOW TO:

Drop down: Left Trigger + R3 (push down on right thumb stick)

Throw the ball away: R3 (push down on right thumb stick)

Slide: Square/X button

Dive A: Square/X button + Left Trigger, this is the dive over the pile animation

Dive B: Square/X button + Right Trigger, this is the dive forward for first down marker animation
