Below is a list of cards that are either rumored to be coming to Madden Ultimate Team for Madden '19, for the New England Patriots, or these are cards that I'd like to see. Some of the cards on the list are players that I feel deserve certain cards. Also, some of these players may get card for sets such as Team of the Week.
Rising Stars candidates for the Patriots:

- Nicholas Grigsby
- Jacob Hollister
Obi Melifonwu - technically he is a 2nd year player, but, he hasn't played a snap for the Patriots as of yet.
Rivers makes the most sense, but, he has a FO card, so either Butler or Wise Jr. would be my guess, if every team is getting a 2nd year player as Rising Star.
